Join 97.5 NOW FM's Man @ Large as he broadcasts live from CATA's Grab & GO Express Lunch Bus!

The Grab & Go Express is a FREE bus service, provided by the Capital Area Transportation Authority, between Downtown and Old Town. The Grab & Go Express operates Monday through Friday between 10 am and 2:45 pm. It runs every 12 minutes with 22 stops along the route.

Man @ Large will be aboard the bus and broadcasting live from 11 am to 1 pm on Monday, March 9th. During the live broadcast, trivia will be hosted and prizes will be given away. Prizes will also be given away to select riders! The 3rd rider of the day gets a prize pack from MEAT in Old Town. The 9th rider gets A Taste of Lansing prize pack that includes gift cards to Goodfellas Bagel Deli, Aladdin's, Los Tres Amigos, Sultan's and the Nuthouse. The 20th rider gets a Michigan-themed gift basket from the Old Town General Store.
