
ALERT: Energy Drink in Michigan Being Recalled
For all of us that survive on energy drinks, you may want to pay attention to this recall here in Michigan, especially if you're looking to kick-start your workday.

This one is a little concerning, because there was a labeling mix-up at the factory, and it may make you a little more impaired.
What Sparked the Recall?
A packaging supplier sent empty cans of Celsius to be distributed, but they were sent to the High Noon facility. Meaning, that Celsius Astro Vibe (Sparkling Blue Razz) may actually be filled with High Noon vodka seltzer.

It's actually a concerning mix-up, especially for those avoiding alcoholic drinks. Additionally if a kid or teenager were to grab one, it would be concerning.
The recall was announced on July 30th, 2025.
Which Lot Codes Are Affected?
The lot code associated with the can will be at the bottom of them. Here is what to look for.

Why This Mix-Up Is Dangerous
High Noon is recalling two production lots of their Beach Variety 12-Packs as well, as they may be mislabeled with the Celsius-lookalike cans. The outer packaging says High Noon, but that may actually be Celsius inside of the can.
That also poses some concerns, especially if you are trying to have a party. You'll just have everyone more wired. Additionally, someone who cannot consume caffeine could be put at risk.

If you want to take the risk you can, however, the distributors are warning you of the issue to help you avoid accidently getting a buzz first thing in the morning, or losing out on the buzz.
