Empty The Shelters This Weekend Across Michigan

If you are looking for a new pet or another pet in your life then this weekend might be the best time to look as its "Empty The Shelter" all across the state.

The Bissell Pet Foundation is once again sponsoring its "Empty The Shelters" event Saturday at hundreds of shelters nationwide. Bissell is covering the adoption fee but you will still have to meet the guild lines to adopt on Saturday.

Here are some shelters across Mid-Michigan that are doing this. (Hours at these locations vary so look up on their website)

Both in Lansing-Area as the Capital Area Humane Society and Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter
