Take a Look Inside Eminem’s Former Rochester Home, Back on the Market for $3.2 Million
You're going to need some more furniture, some more towels, and a lot more clothes if you're going to fill up this sprawling mansion in Rochester, Michigan that once belonged to Eminem.
This 17,500 square foot home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Fun fact, it also once belonged to the former CEO of the Kmart corporation which was based right here in Michigan.
According to the Zillow listing, this property at 5760 Winkler Mill Road includes a tennis court, basketball court, pool, hot tub, cabana, walking trails, three-story elevator, and a 2,000 square foot guest house.
Is the guest house bigger than your house-house? It is mine.
I always love looking at kitchens and bathrooms when I check out home listings. The kitchen has amazing skylights, double built-in refrigerators, and tons of cupboard space. But a couple of the bathrooms strike me as a little bit odd:
- One is decorated in bright, almost gaudy colors. Maybe it was intended as a bathroom for children? It also could have been decorated by someone who's owned it since Slim.
- Another appears to have a toilet in what seems to look like a hallway - where you could possibly climb up over the back of the commode and continue on to another part of the house. Maybe it's just an optical illusion.
Here's another fun fact: The taxes on the property run a little more than $36,000 per year.
It's nice to dream, isn't it? Take a look at the pictures below.
