Dr. Maya Angelou Has Passed Away

Angelou said "I've leared that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."

This morning our hearts are heavy as we share the sad news that Dr. Maya Angelou has passed away.  Winston-Salem, NC Mayor Allen Joines has confirmed Angelou was found by her caretaker, according to MyFox8.com.  She was 86 years old.
