Doctors, Dentists, And Veterinarians To Resume Work, With Restrictions Soon
Earlier today Governor Whitmer had some big announcements for Michigan residents. First and foremost she announced gatherings can now be held with ten people or less. Another step forward in reopening our state has to do with auto dealerships and retail stores. Beginning on Tuesday, May 26th, dealerships can serve clients by appointment, and retail stores can reopen with 10 or less customers at a time.
Another big announcement today is doctors, dentists, and veterinarians can start seeing patients again on Friday, May 29th. Of course there will be rules, and regulations that need to be followed. I think it goes without saying, that even though some restrictions are being lifted, we all still need to be smart to remain safe.
Keep in mind, not everyone is comfortable being near a stranger, a co-worker, or even a friend. Social distancing guides should still apply. I am guessing if you have a dentist or doctors appointment, you will have to wait in your vehicle until you are called in. I am fine with that? Are you?
I don't pay any attention to conspiracy theories in terms of the coronavirus, or opinions on where we should be as a state right now. Open or closed? I don't know, I don't have the answers. The only thing I am concerned about is staying healthy, and I hope the same for you. I may not be ready for a hug when I see you, but I will be smiling under my mask.
