Detroit Man In Custody After Lansing Barbershop Murder

A 22 year old from Detroit is in custody in Wayne County in connection to a weekend shooting at a Lansing barbershop that killed one man and injured two others.  Dominique Simmons was killed while at The Kutt barbershop on Kalamazoo street in Lansing.  WILX-TV reports Shawn Pickens is being charged in the death of Simmons and is also facing assault with intent to commit murder, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm charges.
