Cop’s Funny Turn Signal Explanation Video Goes Viral

We all forget to signal sometimes, but usually whenever we see this we go into road rage, an Indiana police officer however gives a hilarious explanation to everyone that forgets to signal while driving. I think I go over this rant everyday in my car when someone doesn't signal while turning or changing lanes but now this video does the rant for me.
