This happened last week and now it is happening again as Consumers Energy is planning to temporarily cut power to people in Grand Ledge again this weekend. Consumers energy announced that about 3,000 customers in the Grand Ledge area early Saturday morning will have their power temporarily shut off. The power interruption will happen at 2AM and may affect some customers in Grand Ledge, Danby, Eagle, Oneida, Watertown and Westphalia Townships.

The power is being interrupted this weekend like it was last week so crews can work on the Looking Glass Substation. More on the shut down here.
