So there was a story about E Coli outbreak and now because of that there is a recall of ground chuck beef. According to WILX, a ground beef producer issued a recall of the beef due to a deadly E-coli outbreak on September 20. The recall of beef affected a few stores that sold the beef like; Target, Sam's Club, Aldi, and Meijer.  The affected products bear “EST. 86R” inside the USDA mark of inspection.

So if you bough beef from there in the last week you need to be alerted as 18 people that ate the meat were sick with one death. In addition, if you have beef in your freezer it may also be under the recall so you should definitely check the mark of inspection. To go along with this recall Cargill Meat Solutions recalled nearly 133,000 pounds of ground chuck.

You check out more on it here, and please look at your beef to make sure it isn't under the recall.
