AVOID: Water Main Break in East Lansing

Here's a place to avoid during your afternoon and night as a water main break has happened on Grand River Ave in East Lansing. The East Lansing Police Department have sent out an alert for it and crews are on the scene fixing and cleaning up Grand River Avenue at Maplewood Drive in East Lansing.

All westbound traffic on Grand River Avenue has been reduced to one lane with outside traffic shifted to the inside thru lane. You asked to avoid this area as officials are saying that the repair is likely to take all Monday. So nothing like more traffic to complicate matters with all of the students starting school again this week too.
