40 Filmmakers In 25 Countries Create “Train Station,” Brainchild of Detroit Producers
The whole "CollabFeature" concept is fascinating. 25 directors involved in making a single movie -- that was Producer Marty Shea and Screenwriter Ian Bonner's last Guiness record-setting initative. This new movie, "Train Station," involves 40 directors from 25 countries.
Shea and Bonner's CollabFeature is headquartered in Detroit, and they'll premiere their new award-winning movie at an event in Royal Oak on Tuesday. But if you can't make it out, the Detroit Free Press says you can catch the train on Amazon and iTunes among other places soon.
In addition to having 40 directors, "Train Station" has 43 different actors playing the lead character. Choices made by the movie's lead character, known as "the person in brown," triggers a change in cast, city and director.
