We are less than 30 days from Christmas and that means the lights are coming out and coming out in a big way in Williamston. The Williamston Holiday Light Parade happens annually along Grand River Ave and is back this weekend, December 1st. The parade will go east on Grand River Avenue, and continue to Taylor. Thousands of people come to check out the lights, floats and of course Santa and Mrs. Clause.

The parade kicks off at 6pm on Saturday December 1st at the Williamston Chamber of Commerce (369 W. Grand River Ave.)

Also after the parade you will be able to shop all around Downtown Williamston as the shops and restaurants will be open. Also make a note of the Light Parade on Saturday especially if you use Grand River through Williamston as it will be closed to traffic for a portion of the day.
