Silver Bells In The City 2018 happens THIS FRIDAY starting at 5 pm.

This year’s Grand Marshals are the Detroit Lions Cheerleaders and Roary!

New this year, the parade will have a special guest! Paws from the Detroit Tigers will be making an appearance in the Electric Light Parade.

ALERT: There will be NO fireworks as part of this year's Silver Bells in the City festivities, due to the "geothermal field installation project" near the Capitol. Fireworks are scheduled to return in 2019. FOX 47 News - WSYM.
