What’s The Best Thanksgiving Side Dish?

We had a pot luck in the office today and it was delicious! It got me excited for the feast that I will no doubt be having tomorrow. Besides the turkey, my favorite part about Thanksgiving is diving in to that holiday stuffing. There's is just no better side dish besides that bowl of "stuff" you have once a year.

After talking about it here in the office, I realized that my opinion (or as I like to call it, fact) was not shared by everyone. To me, there's only one right answer to this question. STUFFING. But it led me to think, man. Maybe there are other good ones that I'm missing.
