VIDEO: Lansing’s Singing Cashier and Tell Yo Mama’s, Lucas Holliday, Gets GMA Love
Just one week ago Nakia Robinson posted a video of Lucas Holliday singing as he scanned her items at a Lansing Dollar General. We had to share the video, and apparently so did others. It was shared around 350 times on our Facebook page alone, and now the video has been viewed nearly 500,000 times and featured all over the place, including Huffington Post, and on Monday morning, Lucas made a special appearance on ABC's Good Morning America. Lucas Holliday fronts the Lansing-based funk band, Tell Yo Mama, along with Jacque Baldori. The band celebrated their debut album release at a sold-out party at The Avenue Cafe in Lansing over the weekend.
Lucas serenading customers probably helped.
