Of course today is Veterans Day when we remember all of those that fought for us and celebrate those still living.   There are also a few Veterans Day celebrations going on across the Lansing-Area today.

The Ingham County Veterans Day parade will take place at 3 p.m. today at Mason First Church of the Nazarene, 415 E. Maple St.

There will be a Veterans Day dinner at 6 p.m. at Knights of Columbus, 5300 N. Grand River Ave., Lansing.  Social hour starts at 6 p.m. with dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Veterans Day open house and video game night from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at VFW Post 4113, 2497 Old U.S. 27, St. Johns.  Games, food, trivia and raffle.  There will be game tournaments and free play as well.

Again we want to thank to our service men and women, past, present and future for everything that you fought for and for protecting us. For more Veterans Day activities, click here on the Lansing State Journal.
