Ingham County is looking to change the vaping trend that is all over the nation but dont worry it will only be in certain places.

According to WLNS “It’s a ban in county-operated facilities,” said Ingham County Health Office, ".....We’re trying to make sure that we don’t have second hand exposure so an individual has certainly the right to use those devices in places where they’re not prohibited."

The ban which went into effect immediately on Tuesday, prohibits people from using electronic devices inside county-wide buildings. Its not illegal and you won't be fined if caught using one inside a county-wide building but you will be asked to put it away.
