UFO Baffles Residents, Police, National Guard [VIDEO]

She saw something strange and didn't want people to think she was crazy, so she called the Police.  When they couldn't explain what they were seeing in the Pennsylvania night sky, they called for back up.  Then, they called the airport and the National Guard.  No one could explain these strange lights in the sky that appeared several days ago and then reappeared again last night.
