Twerking on Video Gets Thief Busted [VIDEO]

It sounds like a thief who stole FedEx packages from the hallway of a Brooklyn apartment building was bound to get caught anyway.  But, surely, aiding in his expedited capture was his accomplice who spend an hour twerking outside the building -- on video.

The man was charged, the woman was not.  I'm not sure I call this justice.
