Tons Of Festivals This July In The Lansing-Area

There are several events that are taking place in our area this month. One of the bigger events is the National Cherry Festival in Traverse City.  This year, it’s set for July 2 through 9 and will bring together parades, live music, winery tours and more.

Another July event is the Blissfest Music Festival, July 8 through 10, Festival Farm in Harbor Springs.  Plenty of American roots music, dance and art at the Blissfest Music Festival.

Old Town Scrapfest, July 15 and 16, brings together art, creativity and resource reuse. This really cool event has teams of artists have one hour to collect up to 500 pounds of scrap and are given two weeks to create a work of art.

Finally The Insane Inflatable 5k, July 30th at Hope Sports Complex in Lansing. It combines a 5k run with fun obsticles, mazes, and slides which makes the run even more fun. Details and tickets on our website front page.
