The Biggest Run in Lansing Makes its Colorful Return on Saturday [GALLERY]

It's known as the Happiest 5k on the Planet, but in Lansing, The Color Run is known as the biggest running event ever held in the city.  At last year's Lansing debut, Mayor Virg Bernero announced, as the first waves were set to be released, that the 15,000* people that had come to participate made it the largest event of its kind -- ever -- in the city.

One year later, The Color Run is the single largest event series in the United States. The Color Run returns to Lansing's Adado Riverfront Park at 9am Saturday morning.
