Taylor Swift turned 24 on Dec. 13, and it inspired us to look back at her best red carpet looks of 2013. The singer, who is blessed with stunning natural beauty and a model's height and frame, didn't have a single questionable look in 2013. She hit style home runs --make that grand slams-- every time she stepped up to the (fashion) plate and out for an event.
She was easily the best dressed pop star of 2013, which is saying something, since 2012 saw her wear some questionable, dowdy outfits that aged her. T. Swizzle had her best year ever when it came to red carpet frocks, gowns and outfits. She favored Elie Saab for many events and she often donned dresses that showed off her legs while covering her arms.
She has a closet that inspires some serious envy.
T. Swizzle took the plunge in a dangerously low cut, V-neck, winter white Ralph Lauren gown that showed her assets.
Her mermaid-shape, eggplant gown at the Golden Globes was gorgeous.
Daring to bare, yet again, in Kaufman Franco. That top was risky since one errant move could have lead to a serious nip slip. That said, this style -- short hem and long sleeves -- was one Swift would revisit in 2013.
Golden and showing off her glowing gams in a short hem, long-sleeved Elie Saab.
A Grecian goddess in cream-colored, pleated J. Mende gown with quite an embellished neckline.
Strategically-placed slits in a belted, black Elie Saab.
Sparkling in Dolce & Gabbana, precious metals-style.
Smoky eyed in J. Mendel in NYC. Don't you just love the ornate shoulders and neckline? There was a lot going on from the waist up, which we like. It was her most dramatic look of the year, for sure.
Sexy in super short, sapphire Zuhair Murad. We love that she covered her arms but showed her legs... again. It's just the perfect amount of skin showing.
Swift went the princess-y route with her white Emilio Pucci gown. It was perfectly paired with a sweet, darling ballerina bun.
T. Swizzle rocked Old Hollywood glam waves and a Herve Leger bandage dress. What a model's bod. The deep purple shade and low-cut, V-shaped bodice were extra sexalicious.
Wrapped in red Elie Saab, clearly one of her fave designers. The sparkly appliques were so chic.
She was sorta mod and pretty as a bouquet in a floral (but familiar) silhouette. Swift adopted '60s chic with a short hem and long sleeves.
Going for the gold in a Julien McDonald micro mini. Her sexiest look of 2013, hands down.
Is it us or did she look like a Jane Austen heroine while in England in November? Yeah she did!
