On Wednesday, October 1st, 19 high school marching bands from across mid-Michigan converged on Comet Country for the 27th Annual Grand Ledge Marching Band Exhibition.  The event isn't judged, but experts offer the bands advice and critiques that help better position them for competition.

But the final performance of the night, keeping with tradition, was the Michigan State University Spartan Marching Band, and just about the only thing cooler than seeing them perform, is seeing them from a bird's eye view!

Check out this video from the performance taken from a drone.  Note that the audio in the clip is not the actual audio from the event, as the drone noise made the original audio unusable, but the images alone are pretty fantastic.
