Soaring Eagle Casino Open Again After Bomb Threat

The Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort back open after bomb threats forced the evacuation last night. The casino was called by a woman, the resort says, around 10p Thursday and threatened the resort with a bomb threat.

Management and police began with the resort's emergency response plan in motion, another bomb threat was phoned into the casino about a half an hour after the first one and again the threat was from a woman.

Staff went to each room of the casino and resort to evacuate people. Some of the guests were in the pool when they were told they had to leave.

Spokespeople at the casino and resort have checked all of the rooms and have said the casino is open today. You can see more about the story here from mlive.
