School in Session At Waverly Despite Alleged Threat of Violence

Police are on alert, patrolling Waverly High School today, after an alleged threat of violence.  WILX-TV says Principle Chris Huff alerted parents of the alleged threat but said that there was no indication that it was credible or imminent.  Concerns were raised by parents who said a vague threat by someone was made, saying they were going to "shoot up the school" on Thursday.
