Prosecutor May File Charges Against Family Whose 3-Year-Old Climbed Into Gorilla Enclosure

Hamilton County Ohio Prosecutor Joe Deters will announce today whether he plans to file charges against the family of the 3 year old boy that climbed into the gorilla enclosure at the Cincinatti Zoo, WILX-TV reports.

Whether authorities believe parental negligence played a role will likely impact the decision.  Some witnesses have indicated that negligence was not a factor in the incident.
