POLL: Best Part of the Big Game?

With a massive football party just a few days away. I got to thinking. Why do I get so excited for the Super Bowl? I like football, don't get me wrong, but when you don't have a horse in the race, why even watch? THE PARY. Dude, Super Bowl parties are the best. Friends, food, beer and whatever else. I find myself watching less and less of the actual game every year and find myself having more and more fun at a shin dig every year. This year, I'm attending a 'Souper Bowl' Oh yeah. Everyone is bringing a different kind of soup, or chili to share. This is a brilliant idea and will possibly be the highlight of the day for me. It's become more of a social event now more than ever I think.

Of course there are the commercials. Those are probably my second favorite part of the day. (Besides alcohol consumption of course) But in this day in age I feel like we've seen most of the commercials on the internet already, so maybe that will take some of the fun out of the game. I'm hoping not. Then, there is the world famous half time show. This year, it's Katy Perry. I mean, come on. What am I supposed to do besides sit on the floor, Indian style with my jaw on the ground? She's gorgeous, and has incredible music to boot. So that will take most of my time. No offense Patriots and Seahawks, you're just not that entertaining.
