A giant winter storm that is wreaking havoc on Thanksgiving holiday travel is seen from a new perspective after NASA released this true-color photo of the United States from space.  It's kind of hard to make out where the states are since the cloud cover is so thick.

While the storm is delivering snow to some places, other places are warm enough to receive rain.  Other areas have already been affected by severe weather, including tornadoes.

AAA projects 3.14 million people will fly over the Thanksgiving holiday and 43.4 million will drive to their destinations.
