MLive Is On The Hunt For Michigan’s Best Coffee Shop

I was so inspired by Sean V's blog today about coffee, that I thought I'd keep the trend going! Sean said he's not much of a coffee drinker in general and was hoping to get some advice from you about the best brews (not beer, lol) to try out in Lansing. Wanting to help him out, but still being a bit "new-ish" to Lansing myself, I went internet exploring to see if I could come up with some of the best coffee around Lansing, and this is what I found!

MLive has a search going right now for the best coffee shops in Michigan, and while they were here in Lansing, they visited new coffee shop Strange Matter Coffee. This coffee shop was nominated by MLive readers to visit during it's search. When MLive's John "Gonzo" Gonzalez was there, he tried a few different styles of coffee, including two pour-overs, a cappuccino, a latte, and an iced coffee. Verdict? Gonzalez says "they know their coffee." In my humble opinion, I agree! (my personal favorite is the mocha, hot or iced)
