This Saturday April 28th, its National Prescription Drug Take Back Day and there are a few locations you can drop your non-used and old prescription drugs. The Michigan State Police will be partnering with the Drug Enforcement Agency to collect, and last year according to WILX they collected more than 20,000 pounds coming from Michigan.

According to the DEA, there are several locations in the mid-Michigan area where you can drop off your expired or unused prescription medications: Michigan State Police Lansing Post (7119 North Canal Road) Grand Ledge Police Dept (310 Greenwood) Perry Police Dept (203 West Polly Street) Owosso Police Department (202 South Water Street)
