Michigan Kicks Butt In The Craft Beer Department

If you think yourself a coinsurer of craft brews, you're gonna love this! Every year RateBeer.com puts out a list of the top 100 beers from across the WORLD. And the list shows that Michigan's craft brews are pretty awesome! According to mLive, Michigan has a grand total of EIGHT beers on the list!

Three different breweries make up the list of eight; Founders, Dark Horse Brewing Co., and Bell's. Here are the eight beers Michigan has on the world wide list:

• Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout
• Founders Breakfast Stout
• Founders Backwoods Bastard
• Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout
• Dark Horse Brewing Co.'s Bourbon Barrel Plead the 5th Imperial Stout
• Bell's Hopslam Ale
• Bell's Expedition Stout
• Bell's Black Note Stout
