Michigan Boy to Get Big Birthday Surprise
When his mom asked him if he wanted to have a birthday party, he told her there was no point because he didn't have any friends.
Colin from Kalamazoo will be 11 on March 9th and his mom wanted to show him that he does have people that care about him, so she created a Facebook page and asked friends and family to like it and leave some words of encouragement for him.
More than 1 million friends later...
Mom is trying to keep the page a secret from Colin, who suffers from Asperger's, until his birthday, but that's becoming challenging, since his face is now being splashed across the web and national news organizations are featuring his story.
It's not exactly a bad thing...
