Yeah and this airbag problem could be potentially a deadly one too. According to WLNS, Mazda is recalling nearly 270,000 vehicles with Takata airbags that have the potential to explode. There is a chemical in the airbags that allows it to deploy on an accident but after a while the chemicals could worsen and potentially explode at non-accident times. This is not the first time that airbags have been recalled as about 50 million have been recalled over the last few years.

Also according to the recall, "The potentially deadly defect can be found in passenger-side airbags on certain 2003-2008 Mazda 6, 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed 6 and 2004 MPV vehicles nationwide. It also involves 2005-2006 MPV models in certain states."
