WLNS-TV reports the cost to fix a Malware attack that infiltrated Ingham County government computers cost the county $86,495 to fix and took a full two weeks to get a handle on.

In addition to fixing the issue, Ingham County PIO, Deb Fett, told WLNS that additional precautions and layers of security have been deployed to --hopefully-- prevent a future incident.
