The Polar Vortex is back. Well, a piece of it is and it's causing our beautiful July weather to be way colder than we're used to today and tomorrow.

That also means that people on the West side of the state could see some cool weather related waterspouts. According to an article on Mlive.com, "...cold air sweeping across the warmer lake waters could create some rotation. A nearby shower or thunderstorm could cause the rotating column to go vertical, creating a waterspout."

Locally, here in Lansing, expect some clouds with some possible showers thrown in the mix. But I swear I just saw some hail coming down!

Have these colder temperatures changed your summer plans today?
