LAFCU to Run “Prescription Pill Drop Off” This Friday

LAFCU is doing their part in helping to curb the Opiates  Crisis with a  'Prescription Pill Drop Off" program this Friday. The LAFCU branches in Mason and South Lansing will be hosting the event on Friday Feburary 16th.

The Drop-off event this weekend is because of Ingham County Sheriff Office reaching out to local businesses to help coordinate events that will help getting opiates and other unwanted highly addictive drugs out of sight of teens and out of the house.

You can bring your unwanted or expired prescription drugs to to the LAFCU braches of Mason from 11am - Noon (750 S. Cedar Street) or from Noon - 1pm to South Lansing (1112 Keystone Ave) on Feb 16th . No inhalers, syringes, liquids, or over the counter meds will be accepted.
