Kesha Lawsuit Against Dr. Luke: Sexual, Physical, Verbal, Emotional Abuse

Kesha has filed a bombshell lawsuit, claiming that superstar pop producer, Dr. Luke, "sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally" abused her for nearly 10 years.

TMZ first reported the suit, which was filed on Tuesday, and says Dr. Luke (Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald) has filed a counter complaint; Luke's lawyer, Christine Lepera, told USA Today that Kesha's statements are "scurrilous" and "false" and that they are part of a "campaign of publishing outrageous and untrue statements."

Kesha wants out of her contract with Dr. Luke, whom she's been with since she was 18. She is now 27.
