It Looks Unanimous According To Animals—6 More Weeks of Winter

It seems unanimous from both groundhogs today, since they both are saying we will have 6 more weeks of winter.

Michigan's Ms. Woody the Woodchuck agrees with Punxsutawney Phil that there will be six more weeks of winter. Woody just made her prediction at 8:15 a.m. at Howell Nature Center.

While Phil may be the country's most famous groundhog forecaster, Woody is more of a local celebrity in the Mid Michigan area. Woody makes her predictions at Howell Nature Center. Her supporters say she is usually more accurate than Phil. Woody has been right 12 out of 16 times so far.

Phil meanwhile has predicted longer winters 100 times since Phil's predictions started in the 1880s. So I guess be ready to not put those heavy coats and boots away cause we may have some more snow and cold coming through March.
