Ingham County Animal Shelter Offering Free Pet Adoptions To Vets

With Veteran’s Day coming on Friday, the Ingham County Animal Shelter is offering free pet adoptions to veterans living in the county.

All week, veterans can adopt one dog or up to two cats with all adoption fees waived. Veterans must prove that they not only live in Ingham County but also proof of service.

The Shelter says that nothing can actually repay the veterans for their service and offering a free companion is the least they can do.  For details on the shelter as well as the location of it check it out here.
