Justin Bieber joined Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night to recount his emotions at Sunday night's VMAs and I 1,000% believe his response was honest and genuine.

I've been a Bieber fan for a long time.  I was really discouraged to see him go through his "rough patch" but I respect anyone that owns their actions and he has done that.  He really is becoming Justin Bieber, the man, it seems.
