A Howell family is facing a challenge they never saw coming, and at the lead is a toddler.

Heather and Gregg Ordway have four children.  On October 1st, their 2 and a half year old son, Brayden, was diagnosed with Pre B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  On October 3rd he began a planned three years of chemotherapy treatments.  By the beginning of December, Brayden had already undergone a spinal tap, bone marrow biopsy and surgery to insert a port for the three years of treatments he'll undergo.

"Never would I have imagined that my sweet, charming, funny, adventurous little man has cancer as he had only been struggling to fight off a fever that was coming and going over the 3 weeks prior," Heather wrote after getting the diagnosis.

More spinal taps, bone marrow biopsies and hospital stays are expected.  Brayden's medical expenses are mounting, and Brayden is one of four children.  He has two big sisters and a little brother.

The family is asking for prayers for Brayden and has set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds to help with expenses.

With Christmas less than ten days away, any ease on the financial burden the family is facing will go a long way.

Consider helping Brayden on his road to recovery.
