If you are graduating from college soon and looking for another option for work after school, a Michigan based Software company is looking for you.

If you've got the skills, software development company Nexient is "looking to hire hundreds of new employees" at their offices near Ann Arbor. According to MLive.com, they'll be hiring 300 people in the next three years. Their CEO, Mark Orttung, says,  "We spend a lot of energy in bringing new college graduates and running boot camps and helping them become a part of the workforce," Orttung said. "We feel we have a compelling offering and can hire both mid-level and senior level and develop entry level applicants."

Nexient is actually a Silicon Valley company but they have other offices in smaller cities and towns as it is cost effective and helps the local economy more. It also looks like more Silicon Valley companies are looking to do this and Michigan has a lot of smaller cities and metro areas where it could be helpful to both the company and community.

If you are interested in applying soon, all of the details are here.
