Big-box grocery stores such as Meijer and Kroger can now sell beer and wine at their gas station convenience stores. This means if a gas station attached to the Kroger and Meijier has a convenience store it can now sell the beer and wine.

Snyder’s Tuesday action lets grocery store gas stations have groceries in another building and have the beer and wine in the other building which would count towards the alcohol selling.

This could mean some backlash from other rural towns and other gas stations that might not be associated with a big grocery store. Check out what else some law makers are saying about the new action according to WLNS.
