Free Food! Chili Cookoff This Weekend In East Lansing

If you are in the mood for chili or just like food festivals, this weekend in East Lansing could be the place to be.

The cook off is happening this Saturday, 4/1, in downtown East Lansing. You can check out the fun, and yes its FREE at the “East Lansing Downtown Chili Cook-off” The event will have chili from local restaurants including: Beggar’s Banquet, Buffalo Wild Wings, HopCat, The Riv, and more. You can tour around downtown East Lansing and which ever restaurant has a balloon, marking they are in the cook off, you can just go in and try their chili.

The restaurants will be battling for the Golden Spoon, making them the winner for best Chili in East Lansing. Along with getting in on the free Chili, you can also shop around the stores of East Lansing if you need a break. More about it here from the State News.
