Ford Recall Notice For Cars & SUVs

There is another Ford recall, there was a recall on the steering wheel a few months ago and now there is one to fix the gearshift.

According to WLNS, Ford is recalling about 550,000 cars and SUVs in North America to fix a problem in the gearshift and if the problem is not fixed it can cause the vehicle to roll away. The recall covers certain Ford Fusions sedans from 2013-16 and some Escape SUVs from 2013-14.

Ford doesn't know if this problem has caused any crashes and they have had no complaints yet. Dealers will replace the part at no cost and if you vehicle is part of the recall you will be notified by July 30.
