GoldenSnowGlobe.com ranked Flint, Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor and Detroit among the top ten snowiest cities in America on a recent list.

The site ranks cities with populations greater than 100,000. Flint now sits at #11 but the three other Michigan cities remain “comfortably” inside the top ten.

Erie Pennsylvania sits at #1 on the list, with more than 100 inches of snow this season.  By contrast, Lansing has endured 51.3 inches of snow this season, to find ourselves at #18 on the list. Even with an anticipated 3 to 6 inches of new snow to start the week, we won’t be finding ourselves among the nation’s snowiest cities any time soon.

Here’s the current Top 10:

1. Erie PA 108.5
2. Buffalo NY 94.7
3. Grand Rapids MI 92.2
4. Syracuse NY 89.8
5. Rochester NY 75.2
6. Ann Arbor MI 71.8
7. Detroit MI 70.8
8. Toledo OH 67..4
9. Worcester MA 65.5
