Flint-Area Elementary School Fire Terrifies Kids, Fortunately No Injuries Reported

Just before school let out on Thursday, Grand Blanc Township Firefighters rushed to McGrath Elementary School after smoke was reported in the building.  Kids were evacuated and relocated to another school to be picked up by their parents.

One parent told ABC 12 in Flint "All the little ones were scared and crying," but fortunately, everyone is safe and the fire, which began in a utility yard was contained.

However, there will be no school for McGrath Elementary students on Friday.
