Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge to Close After Weekend Shooting, Owner to Hold Anti-Gun Violence Rally Thursday
Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge will close this weekend for good. This, after police have responded to 437 calls for service and 167 incident reports since 2009, according to the Lansing State Journal.
Over the weekend, three people were injured during a rap concert by Scarface at Fahrenheit, when someone pulled a gun during a fight. Authorities are still looking for leads.
The LSJ says Germaine Redding will hold an anti-gun violence rally on Thursday at 5:30pm in the parking lot of the Cedar Street club.
