Expect Some Delays on US-127 Coming Up

It's construction season and that means you will see some back ups and those orange barrels along US 127!

According to the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), they will be resurfacing US 127 between Mason and Jackson. The construction will start on Sunday, May 7th. MDOT officials say to expect single lane closures in this area due to the resurfacing project.

The resurfacing on US 127 will be going on for weeks, so if you use this stretch of highway you may want to find another way or a back way to avoid some of the traffic on this part of the highway.
